# Allow users to copy multiple values from grid or download as .xlsx

Today, users can copy just one record at time, but it would be very useful if we could **copy multiple data whit ctrl+shift+arrow** as we can do in airtable or excel.

A better alternative would be the ability to **download .xlsx files** , with data properly separated in lines and columns as put in airtable. I know it is possible to download a csv file, but this format doesn’t attend us because we have a lot of information that breaks the file.

Hello, @amanda.teodoro. The CSV download feature should already meet this requirement. Could you please share additional details on how your data is causing issues with the file?
