Chat button/widget no longer appears

Hi!

I can no longer access the chat button/widget to continue the conversation in open support tickets.

Is there another place that will be made available to follow the progress?

We are currently receiving a lot of spam from certain regions, so we had to disable the messenger in some parts of the world. Could you please try again? You should be able to see it now. If not, please try clicking on the “Report problem” buttons on our website. They should still open the messenger even if it’s hidden.
