Currently, it is not possible to use Dynamic values as default values when it comes to Date Fields. It would be amazing if we could use some of the values we have on airtable, like “Today”, “Tomorrow”, “Yesterday” I.E.

Hope we can see this feature be implemented soon!

Hey Vinicius,

You can use our “auto fill field to today by default when empty” feature in the Advanced section of the field settings to fill an empty date field with today’s date (see screenshot below). While this isn’t quite as versatile as what you were asking for here, it may be helpful to you nonetheless!

Would you expect the functionality you’re requesting to only work on empty fields (which is the typical “default value” behavior) or would you want this to overwrite existing data when editing as well?

Hi there! Wow, I totally forgot about the advanced option, thanks for the remainder, it is exactly what I needed!

But when it comes to other options, like “Tomorrow and Yesterday” I think maybe working as the default works today would already be amazing!

Thanks for the quick response! You guys are awesome!
Best regards,
