# Portal showing error for one User, but not others

Hi.  
I have one User logged into the Portal and it displays ‘An unexpected error occurred’. I can’t find anything in the trouble-shooting guide/FAQs or online which indicates why this error has happened and the cause.  
I can log into the Portal under a different User and they are fine. I changed the Username and still received the same error.

I’m at a loss as to the cause and therefore can’t think of a solution to fix it.

Could you please fill out the [Problem Report](https://airtable.com/appdcIvlUxUvhvE1M/shrtWFnZlvTjdpoXE) form with as much detail as possible? Please also make sure to provide the login details for the affected user.
