Ability to make all fields editable but not required

Today, we can do some bulk actions like: make all fields required or make all fields read-only:

But it would be really nice if we had the opportunity to make all fields editable: not required but also not read-only.

I know that when we create a new form, the fields are all editable. But when we think about duplicating an existing form, this new feature becomes very useful.
