Portal showing error for one User, but not others

I have one User logged into the Portal and it displays ‘An unexpected error occurred’. I can’t find anything in the trouble-shooting guide/FAQs or online which indicates why this error has happened and the cause.
I can log into the Portal under a different User and they are fine. I changed the Username and still received the same error.

I’m at a loss as to the cause and therefore can’t think of a solution to fix it.

Could you please fill out the Problem Report form with as much detail as possible? Please also make sure to provide the login details for the affected user.
