In the legacy grid view, long text fields with rich text enabled display with the formatting (bold, italic etc) intact. However in the new portal, they are just displayed as plain text. The formatting does display when the record is expanded for editing, but it would be great if was in the grid view as well.
I have a couple of portals with custom views/grids that I would prefer for users not to have to expand to view (and they are configured to display as grids in mobile view as well), but since rich text does not preview, it’s not possible. For now, I am using the legacy grid view and embedding as a menu item in those situations but that’s not a long-term solution.
