Form with login for creating records (add-only)

Today we can create a form with login only to edit existing records.

However, we would like to be able to use the login (including the verification code) so that users can create new records. Here’s an illustration:

In that case, the Users Table should be like in the Portal, so there should be a previous user table to which we can link the record to.

We need this to have the link to another record field automatically filled in with the login data to identify who was responsible for creating the record. According to this idea, when submitting the form, the data would automatically be saved in the Airtable database. The page would then reload (blank form) so that the user could create new records using the same login.

This becomes very useful when you don’t want to create a portal, i.e. you don’t want the user to see all the records created, but you do want to lock the form submission with a login plus a verification code.

Thanks!
