Copy and paste a portal's form, to a standalone ME form

Sometimes we need to build ME forms which will very closely match a form from another ME’s portal.

However… we can’t presently copy a form from a portal, and paste it into a standalone ME form. There just isn’t an option to paste in the dropdown.

I understand they two tools are different in some ways, however, being able to copy of the field setup and other options which have parity would be a great time saver.
