We have released the ability to setup a custom domain for your forms and portals.
This is available in Workspace Setting > Admin section.

So, we have this set up and it was confirmed by miniExtensions that the DNS and domains are ready to go. How do I point a particular portal or form to that domain?

https://web.miniextensions.com/xyz
The URL should look like:
https://(custom domain)/xyz
