Slow Image Upload on New Record

Hi,

We are encountering an error with one of our Airtable workflows as follows.

  1. User fills out miniextensions form which creates record. Form has a file upload field.
  2. Airtable automation kicks off on new record. Workflow includes sending the uploaded file.

We are finding that there are times that the automation is kicking off before the miniextensions form has uploaded the file to the record, i.e. the file isn’t being sent in the workflow.

Is there a way to resolve this issue? Unfortunately, Airtable automation doesn’t have a delay feature or many problems like this could be easily solved.

Hi @silisols. Have you tried triggering the Automation using webhook?
