I need portal in view only form and if I unselect “Allow users to create new records” and “Allow users to edit linked records” the child form despair. Then I am left with table of name only field and no other field is visible or able to add. For me is a critical issue that was absent in old form and for me it seams as a logic fault.
Hi there, we apologize that the UX around this is confusing. You can already do this by enabling “Allow users to edit linked records”, but then setting all of the fields in the child form to read only.
The wording that we use for “Allow users to edit linked records” is confusing. I will work with the team on making this less confusing.
