Prefill Multiple Record Links

Hi, I’m trying to prefill multiple record links in a MiniExtensions form (one field with multiple linked records). I have tried about everything I can think of and can’t get it to work. It is possible to do so in Airtable forms. What is the proper format for doing this?

For context, I am using an Airtable formula to create a prefill link.
